Langley Township is home. Blair first came here as a student decades ago, and this community has been part of his life ever since. He and his wife raised their family here, and today he is proud to be a grandfather of nine. Over the years he has served this community in many ways: as a coach, a professor, a university administrator, and a councillor for two terms. That experience taught him how to listen, how to build consensus, and how to get things done. He returned to Council last fall because he believes our community priorities have been overshadowed by political priorities.

His biggest concern is the path our finances are on. The Township’s debt has climbed at an alarming rate, and that burden falls on families and on future generations. Blair is running to bring financial oversight back to the table, with honest answers about how your tax dollars are spent.
