Langley Township is home. Jay Lundgren grew up in this community, built his career here, and is now raising his four children here with his wife, Melissa. Langley has shaped Jay’s life, and he believes strongly in giving back to the community that has given so much to his family.
Throughout his career, Jay has been a builder of teams, partnerships, and organizations. His experience in business leadership, strategic planning, marketing, and fundraising has taught him the importance of listening, bringing people together, and delivering results. He has worked with businesses, charities, and community organizations to turn ideas into action.
Service has always been at the centre of Jay’s life. As a volunteer coach, he has mentored hundreds of young athletes, helping them develop confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills. He has also helped raise millions of dollars to support important community initiatives.
Jay is running because he believes Langley deserves leadership that puts residents first. He is committed to responsible financial management, transparent decision-making, and building a strong future for families, businesses, and the next generation.
He is proud to be part of the Langley Strong team.
